We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Activities Supervisor to lead our children's activity programme and deliver an excellent experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to deliver a safe, enthusiastic, and healthy children's activity programme.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize member participation and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and company policies.
- Manage and review team performance to achieve high standards.
- Participate in and contribute to the development of the club's member count, particularly families with children.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Take ownership of resolving member queries and complaints.
- Contribute to the development of the club's business plan and budget.
Requirements
- Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline.
- Experience of managing and leading a team.
- Experience of financial planning and management.
- Inspirational leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
- Strong listening and collaboration skills.
- Team player.
