Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Activities Supervisor to lead our children's activity programme and deliver an excellent experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver a safe, enthusiastic, and healthy children's activity programme.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize member participation and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements and company policies.
  • Manage and review team performance to achieve high standards.
  • Participate in and contribute to the development of the club's member count, particularly families with children.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Take ownership of resolving member queries and complaints.
  • Contribute to the development of the club's business plan and budget.

Requirements

  • Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline.
  • Experience of managing and leading a team.
  • Experience of financial planning and management.
  • Inspirational leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
  • Strong listening and collaboration skills.
  • Team player.
