Job Description:

We are committed to supporting the growth and development of talented female footballers and providing them with high-quality coaching that will help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a 3-hour training session every Friday night.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality coaching sessions.
  • Support player development, ensuring all participants receive the coaching and feedback needed to progress.
  • Provide individual player assessments and communicate with parents/guardians where necessary.
  • Work closely with the programme's management team to ensure smooth operation of the sessions.
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere, ensuring all players feel encouraged and motivated.

Requirements:

  • FA Level 2/UEFA C Licence or higher.
  • Experience coaching girls'/women's football at a development level.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Passion for developing young female footballers and promoting women's football.
  • Availability every Friday evening for 3 hours in Bury St Edmunds.

Desirable:

  • FA Safeguarding Children & Emergency First Aid qualifications.
  • Experience working within a football development programme or academy structure.
