About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children and young people, promoting their independence and self-esteem.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with our clinical team and local authorities.
  • Organize and facilitate social activities, outings, and events that promote socialization and community engagement.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude, a caring nature, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

While experience in health and social care is beneficial, we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
