Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

This position is primarily dedicated to providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer of BGC Group. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in high-pressure and demanding environments, showcasing the ability to engage effectively with Executive Managing Directors and prominent external stakeholders. A strong, adaptable personality is essential, along with the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Building trust with Executives, including fellow Executive Assistants, is crucial to delivering an exceptional and confidential service in both personal and professional contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate advanced calendar management, prioritizing inquiries and requests from both internal and external sources to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Coordinate intricate business travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Organize management and board meetings effectively.
  • Oversee transportation logistics and manage personal/company credit card transactions.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
  • Execute a variety of administrative tasks to enhance the CEO's capacity to lead the organization, including managing expenses, approvals, presentations, and invoices.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper within the Executive suite.
