By collaborating with property developers and builders, they mitigate market risks and lower sales and marketing expenditures for their affiliates. Backed by a reputable property group with a proven track record, they have successfully acquired over 2000 residential units in recent years.

Position Overview:

As a Property Sales Consultant, you will operate on-site during weekdays, playing a pivotal role in promoting the sales of residential units. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential buyers, showcasing properties, and negotiating sales contracts. Your ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service will be vital for your success in this position. You will work closely with property developers and builders, utilising your industry knowledge to facilitate seamless transactions and meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-value clients and prospects interested in purchasing residential units.
  • Conduct regular presentations with potential buyers to showcase properties and their unique features.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of the residential offerings.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and legal, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful transactions.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals with a background in residential sales, particularly in high-volume transactions. A proven track record of selling residential units and achieving sales targets is essential. The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and effectively engage with stakeholders is crucial. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for ambitious and detail-oriented individuals who can work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software is also important.
