About the Role:

  • Work as part of a dynamic team of Building Surveyors and Project Managers, providing expert advice on commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess property condition and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement property strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in Building Surveying, preferably in a consultancy or client-side role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
