Position Overview:
An experienced Air and Ocean Freight Import Operator is sought for a dynamic logistics company. This role offers a blend of office and remote work, providing a modern and engaging work environment.

Compensation Package:
- Salary: £30K - £35K based on experience
- Flexible working: 2 days per week from home
- Annual leave: 22 days, increasing to 25, plus public holidays
- Pension scheme with a 7.5% company contribution
- Bonus opportunities
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Additional benefits: Death in service, Perkbox rewards, Edenred Eye Care Scheme, Workplace Nursery Provision

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Air, Ocean, and import operations from initiation to completion
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards through daily communication
- Handle customs entries with proficiency
- Familiarity with Cargowise is preferred
- Cultivate relationships to enhance business with existing clients
- Process invoices upon job completion

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Air or Ocean Freight
- Essential import knowledge
- Previous employment with a Freight Forwarder is crucial
- Strong operational skills
- Proven customer service experience
