Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate all operational documentation, including customs clearance requirements.
  • Oversee the entire consignment process from collection to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate job files and manage invoicing processes.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
