Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop efficient and cost-effective European transport solutions with suppliers.
- Prepare freight quotations for both import and export shipments.
- Generate all necessary operational documentation, including customs clearance paperwork.
- Oversee the entire consignment process from collection to delivery.
- Maintain accurate job files and handle invoicing.
Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in freight forwarding.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
