  • Client Communication: Provide quotations to clients, responding to their inquiries and needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Support: Work within the operations team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and within deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Update the Carnet log sheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all ATA carnets and export documentation.
  • Return and Update: Return carnets to the Chamber and update records accordingly, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders.

General Administration Tasks:

  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and communicate with clients via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Teamwork: Work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Possess great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills, providing exceptional support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Teamwork: Team player with adaptability to new systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Reliability: Reliable with good timekeeping, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
