IC Innovations is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our esteemed Directors.

This multifaceted role encompasses both private and professional responsibilities, demanding a versatile individual with exceptional administrative skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for the Directors, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing confidential documents with utmost discretion.
  • Assist with personal matters such as mortgage and tax inquiries, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to project management initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
