Job Title: Ambulance Care Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team at South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Accurately input suppliers' invoices into the Trust's computerized Purchase Order system, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Payment Processing: Operate the purchase ledger payments system, managing BACS payments for accounts payable and ensuring accurate recovery of VAT as per HMRC guidelines.
  • Supplier Liaison: Handle supplier inquiries, reconcile statements, and maintain effective communication to resolve any issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
