Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency calls and provide calm and reassuring support to callers
  • Assess situations and make informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

Requirements

  • Good standard of education (2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above including English) or equivalent demonstrable experience
