About the Role:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. This includes inspiring a culture of hospitality, leading and inspiring a diverse team of professionals, and providing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inspire a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the restaurant team.
  • Efficiently manage guest complaints, queries, and feedback to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Support the management team, undertaking designated responsibilities with efficiency and dedication.
  • Recruit, induct, and perform performance appraisals of new employees.

Requirements:

  • Experience at a senior managerial level within a similar hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, able to inspire and motivate others in your team to strive for excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and able to communicate effectively with all departments in the spirit of the company values.
  • Able to cultivate genuine connections with both our guests and team members.
  • An excellent product knowledge, and the desire to exceed our guests' expectations.
  • A solid financial acumen, with a focus on cost control and proficient payroll management.
  • Competent in both Health & Food Safety laws.
  • Has the right to work in the UK.
