Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve strong sales performance and driving sales growth in the motor trade industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored sales solutions.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the management of used car stock to ensure the right vehicles are available for the market area.
  • Online Presence: Ensure all online adverts are created and managed in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the motor trade industry.
  • Skills: Good understanding of new and used vehicle sales, experience running a large sales team, and a full UK driving license.
