Igloo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Administrator to manage client relationships and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel.
  • Attend regular review meetings to discuss client needs and goals.
  • Manage email inboxes, handling client queries, bookings, amendments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and customers via email, phone, and text to resolve issues and provide updates.

Requirements:
