Igloo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Administrator to manage client relationships and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel.
- Attend regular review meetings to discuss client needs and goals.
- Manage email inboxes, handling client queries, bookings, amendments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers via email, phone, and text to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Generate and manage daily reports for internal and external use to track client activity and service delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle collections for clients and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience with a strong focus on client relationship management.
