Corker Binning, a leading boutique law firm in Central London, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the administration team, you will provide essential support services to the firm, reporting to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure meeting spaces are fully stocked and prepared for meetings, including setup of water, coffee & tea, heating / cooling, and video equipment.
- Welcome visitors to the meeting spaces and maintain a professional atmosphere.
- Manage stock of kitchen supplies, including online ordering, and maintain a well-stocked stationery cupboard.
- Collect the firm's post and DX box regularly and arrange couriers and taxis as needed.
- Assist fee earners with secure file sharing and organize team lunches and birthdays.
- Receive phone calls and welcome visitors to the meeting room, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Senior Administrator in maintaining the database of contacts and manage the firm's central diary.
- Coordinate new joiners and leavers, arranging keys, lockers, photos, and contact details.
Experience working in an office environment is preferred. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary between £30,000 and £35,000 annually, depending on experience.
