Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Support Worker to join our temporary division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a team to provide a high standard of care and support to young people.
  • Support the emotional wellbeing of service users and help them maximise their choices, rights, and decisions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Current DBS on the Update Service.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental approach with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Dedicated and committed with a can-do attitude.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People (desirable but not essential).
