About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and care to our young people, helping them to build confidence and self-esteem.
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our young people.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleep-ins.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable young people.
