Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You'll develop skills in customer care, welcoming clients on board with their new applications and engaging them in their customer journey.
  • You'll review enquiries and deal with issues preventing application submission, and handle client queries related to their new account.
  • You'll build knowledge to identify common queries and resolve them in confidence.
  • You'll coordinate with our New Business team.

Requirements

  • You'll be able to resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
  • You'll have substantial knowledge in customer service and dealing with clients in a professional manner.
  • You'll be able to identify reasons why an application can't be submitted and take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
  • You'll have motivation and passion for customer focus and satisfaction.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, able to document details clearly.
  • You'll have 1-2 years of experience in customer services or a customer-facing area.
