We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or redirect as necessary.
- Manage the reception area by ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but not essential. You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
