We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Si Recruitment. As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide specialist support to our professional staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our professional staff, including setting up meetings and conferences, and communicating with relevant agencies to arrange travel and accommodation.
- Manage the office area, including welcoming visitors and ensuring the office is well-organized.
- Handle all incoming communication effectively, including phone and email correspondence.
- Oversee the entry, maintenance, and integrity of administrative data in our databases.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Collate expenses for approval and be involved in the billing cycles.
- Manage banking daily and input data onto our accounting system.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are processed and inputted onto our accounting system accurately and on time.
