Job Summary:

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels and managing plant and machinery, as well as allocating and handing over training areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain stock levels and plant and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Allocate and hand over training areas to ensure that facilities adhere to safe systems of work and that accommodation and ranges are fit for allocation.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Manage overtime and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement safe systems of work and risk assessments to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a rural or Defence Training Estate environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
  • Basic IT skills, including the ability to use databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
