Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Performance and Testing Manager to join our R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Product Performance and Testing department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Product Performance and Testing department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Develop and implement effective test strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
  • Manage and lead a team of test engineers and technicians to ensure the successful delivery of testing projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure that testing is integrated into the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure that testing meets their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing technologies, tools, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our testing processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in hardware, mechanical, and software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and leading teams of test engineers and technicians.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Python scripting and/or NI LabView.
  • Experience with Conformance and Interoperability (IOP) testing, and certification in relevant testing and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes, and experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
