We are a leading technology company experiencing rapid growth, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance and Testing Manager to join our R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality products.
  • Test Management: Lead the Product Performance and Testing department, overseeing test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Process Automation: Design and implement automated testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Extensive experience in hardware, mechanical, and software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills to lead a high-performing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with Conformance and Interoperability (IOP) testing to ensure product compliance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in embedded communications to expand our product offerings.
  • Experience with Python scripting and/or NI LabView to enhance our testing capabilities.
  • Certification in relevant testing and quality assurance methodologies to demonstrate expertise.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes to align with our development methodologies.
