About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Powys Teaching Health Board. As a key member of our Physiotherapy service, you will play a vital role in providing community rehabilitation services to patients across Mid Powys.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver inpatient rehabilitation as part of an in-reach model to Llandrindod Hospital
  • Manage a community caseload independently across Mid Powys
  • Contribute to service development, mentorship of junior staff, and delegation of rehabilitation plans
  • Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of community therapy services
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
  • HPC registration
  • Evidence of relevant post-graduate study and personal development
  • Broad working knowledge of Physiotherapy techniques
  • Specialised knowledge in care of elderly and neurological conditions
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Post-graduate courses
  • Evidence of involvement with relevant Clinical Interest group(s)
  • Experience working in a community setting
