About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of payments. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies aimed at retaining merchants, reducing churn, and increasing loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Retention: Work with existing customers to develop and execute strategies aimed at retaining merchants, reducing churn, and increasing loyalty.
  • Winback Strategies: Identify churned or dormant merchants and develop winback strategies to re-engage and reactivate these accounts.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within your assigned portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Account Management: Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from account development and deal structuring to negotiating and closing the sale.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that retention and winback strategies are data-driven and effective.

Requirements

  • Sales Achievement: Proven track record of achieving sales and retention targets.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the payments industry is a plus.
  • Solution Crafting: Ability to identify customer technical and commercial requirements to craft tailored solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, particularly over the phone or in video meetings.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confident negotiator capable of achieving win-win commercial agreements.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of people to get things done.
  • Technology Interest: Strong interest in technology, with the desire to become a payments subject matter expert.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  • Additional languages of benefit: Tamil, Hindu, Punjabi.
