Job Title: Contract Manager or Project Manager

Industrialfacadesltd is seeking a skilled Contract Manager or Project Manager to oversee the contractual aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal requirements and protect the company's interests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Manage and monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and address any deviations or issues that may arise.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company's financial and operational interests.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure collaborative and successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction contracts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in managing construction contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, including contract law, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
