Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Office Administrator to join our team at Kinetic Plc. As a Design Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our design team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual inspection of engineering drawings and documents
- Strong eye for detail required to ensure accuracy and quality
- Prior experience working with Solidworks/AutoCAD or other design packages is highly desirable
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn and adapt to our internal systems and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or design support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
