About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the company as a whole.

Key ResponsibilitiesHealth and Safety
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety arrangements and policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Control and organize the Health and Safety committee to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • Provide and organize Health and Safety training for employees and management.
  • Ensure risk assessments procedures and processes are in line with current legislation.
  • Monitor Health and Safety throughout the company to ensure compliance from all employees and management.
Environmental
  • Develop, implement, and monitor environmental arrangements and policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Control and organize the Environmental Policy to ensure the company is compliant with any changes in legislation.
  • Provide and organize Environmental training for employees and management.
  • Ensure risk assessments procedures and processes are in line with current legislation.
  • Monitor Environmental impacts throughout the company to ensure compliance from all employees and management.
Quality Assurance
  • Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 system to continually improve the system in line with company requirements.
  • Host external audit visits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits in line with plan and follow up/close non-conformance to ensure the company is compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Coordinate and maintain Fit4Nuclear Accreditation.
  • Host QA management meetings in line with plan, facilitating meetings with all key information and evidence presented for each clause.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in QHSE management, with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
