About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at ClearScore. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success and growth within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, working closely with our Commercial Performance team to understand their needs and goals.
  • Integration SME: Onboard partners through the integration process, providing expertise and guidance to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our Partner Integration Program.
  • Performance Management: Manage all partner requests, particularly around offer management and business rules, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with Partner Success engineers to manage the backlog of requests, develop and document processes, and drive efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a background in Technical Product Ownership, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to use numerical marketing and data to inform decisions.
  • Project Management: A natural planner, with the ability to coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confident working alongside and influencing senior stakeholders, with strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
