Sr Program Manager, EU Transportation Execution

This role works cross-functionally across Operations and Supply Chain to plan and improve the execution of high-volume/velocity events, such as Prime Day.

The Sr Program Manager, EU Transportation Execution will innovate for customers to ensure integrated solutions enable high volumes to flow from Order to Delivery through 1P and 3P paths with speed and quality at a cost that enables continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Challenge assumptions and drive improvements
  • Influence at all levels and drive decisions with strong data-led communication
  • Improve processes and drive results
  • Digest complex problems and break them down into clear actions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
