Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Leader to join our team at Constellation Careers. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our busy bar areas and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure the bar area is fully stocked and set with the necessary equipment in a timely manner
  • Conduct briefings for each shift to prepare the team for the day ahead
  • Resolve customer complaints in a swift and professional manner
  • Oversee the floor/retail outlet and mitigate any issues that may arise
  • Motivate staff members and communicate effectively with management
  • Cash-handling and administering refunds correctly

Requirements

  • Previous team leader experience in a hospitality setting
  • Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High empathy and understanding of others
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
