Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our Acute Clinical Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with senior nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the team and implement improvements as needed.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with national and local standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide leadership and support to junior staff members in their professional development.
