About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Team Leader to join our team at Constellation Careers. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our bar teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless match day experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate bar teams to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure bar areas are fully stocked and set with necessary equipment prior to service
  • Conduct briefings for each shift to prepare teams for the day ahead
  • Resolve customer service complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee the floor/retail outlet and mitigate any issues that may arise
  • Motivate staff members and communicate effectively with management
  • Cash-handling and administering refunds correctly
Requirements
  • Previous team leader experience in a hospitality setting
  • Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High empathy and understanding of others
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
