Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide strategic HR advice and support to our senior management team, driving business outcomes and delivering the people agenda.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive and solutions-focused HR support to senior management teams
  • Using data to inform decisions, mitigate risk and drive change
  • Managing complex HR cases and providing coaching and training to develop capability and enhance performance
  • Working knowledge and experience of international labour law and its application, particularly in countries where Oxfam works

  • Experience in generalist HR Business Partnering with senior management teams
