About the Role

Rydon is seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Greenhithe, Kent. As a key member of our Maintenance division, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair works for our clients and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance and repair works for multiple clients and residents
  • Coordinate with our call centre team and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works
  • Allocate jobs to maintenance operatives and subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Escalate outstanding jobs and follow tasks through to completion
  • Ensure all jobs are closed down on the system once completed

Requirements
