Job Title: Repairs Scheduler

Join Braundton Consulting Limited as a Repairs Scheduler and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Monitoring and Risk Assessment: Conduct regular site visits to monitor repair activities and identify potential risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Customer Liaison: Maintain open communication with customers to keep them informed about repair progress and any potential costs. Provide timely updates and respond to their queries in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Repair Manager in maintaining records, creating reports, and scheduling site visits. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Purchase Orders and Supply Chain Management: Raise purchase orders for service materials and labour, ensuring they align with service deliverables and confirmed supply chain lead times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Service team, project team, sales team, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have experience in a similar role or a related field, with a strong understanding of repair operations and maintenance activities.
