We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Onboarding Associate to join our team at Allegis Group. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our contractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough background checks, including referencing, criminal, education, employment, and credit checks, to ensure compliance with internal and client policies.
- Manage and resolve any discrepancies identified during the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of all onboarding requirements.
- Issue contracts to candidates in accordance with internal and client procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Audit and administer provided documents to ensure they meet internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct checks on limited companies in preparation for issuing contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct peer-to-peer audits on compliance packs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Attend regular internal training sessions on compliance matters and legislation to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Manage onboarding cases through a workflow tool, ensuring timely completion and accurate data entry.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Update contractor onboarding status to Sales partners and online portal, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Enter, validate, and maintain data integrity for all information entered into key systems.
- Develop strong relationships with peers in other departments and Sales partners to support the strategic aims of the business.
- Advise consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and other information that affects the business and/or the individual.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and duties as requested by manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Natural team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, helpful, and willing to support at all times, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages, with experience working within an office or administration environment.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build both local and remote working relationships.
