Financial Clerk with Credit Management Expertise

RG Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this individual will be part of a team of three within the finance department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing high-volume invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinating weekly payment runs to ensure timely payments
  • Matching and coding invoices to ensure correct financial records
  • Processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements
  • Managing supplier queries and resolving any discrepancies
  • Assisting with month-end closure procedures related to accounts payable
  • Supporting the annual audit process by providing accurate financial information
  • Contributing to other finance-related tasks as needed

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
