We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Director to join our inpatient hospital team for adults with eating disorders in Buckinghamshire.
The hospital offers a specialist service in a warm and nurturing environment where patients receive intensive treatment for eating disorders, including severe and enduring anorexia nervosa.
The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients and will work closely with the Hospital Director to develop and deliver hospital strategy.
The role involves providing leadership, organisation and co-ordination, as well as implementing effective clinical interventions and managing the delivery of the clinical services business plan.
The successful candidate will have a full clean driving licence and be qualified as an NMC registered RMN for at least 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring delivery of the highest level of clinical and therapeutic care
- Providing leadership and organisation
- Implementing effective clinical interventions
- Managing the delivery of the clinical services business plan
- Ensuring timely completion and implementation of action plans
- Reviewing staffing and ensuring compliance against staffing ladders
- Linking with local universities and HEIs to build a pipeline of Nurses and Therapists
- Ensuring clinical services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation
