Position Overview:
We are in search of a Field Services Engineer to join our active support team. This role involves providing both remote assistance and on-site support to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining office IT systems, including Windows networks, associated cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity.
Independence is crucial for this position; however, as a member of our Field Services team, you will benefit from the extensive experience and knowledge of your colleagues, fostering your professional development. Essential Qualifications:

- Basic network troubleshooting skills, including ping and traceroute.
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365.
