Our operations are primarily based in the South Somerset/North Dorset area, making this role ideal for individuals who prefer to minimize travel time while providing top-notch service.


Available Positions:
- Installation Engineer (Fire, Security, or Multi-Disciplined)
- Service Engineer (Fire, Security, or Multi-Disciplined)

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission a variety of equipment, including fire and intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and automation systems.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, fostering strong working relationships.
- Prepare for assignments by reviewing site plans and ensuring all necessary equipment is on hand.
- Diagnose and resolve issues during call-outs and breakdowns.
- Provide technical support and solutions during both reactive and scheduled visits.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Advise clients on new products and services to enhance efficiency.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience, typically ranging from £30k to £40k.
- Flexible working hours available, with core hours from Monday to Friday.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours.
- Retainer of £400 per week when on call, with payment for time spent on call from departure to return home.

This is a permanent position, and salary will be commensurate with experience.
