Eden Brown is seeking dedicated professionals to join our Ecology Team, focusing on the development of sustainable habitats and green spaces. Our initiatives aim to enhance biodiversity and create resilient ecosystems that benefit both wildlife and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and execution of ecological project components, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Ecology Lead and the Ecological Mitigation Delivery Team to facilitate the successful implementation of ecological strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive ecological reports and documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project standards.
  • Monitor and assess protected species mitigation efforts, adapting management strategies based on data-driven insights.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driver's license with a willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and GIS software.
  • Experience in liaising with regulatory bodies regarding species licenses and ecological compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve optimal project outcomes.
  • Commitment to completing tasks with meticulous planning and execution.
