We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales & Admin Executive to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, driving company brand awareness, and delivering on key sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales and Business Development team.
  • Drive company brand awareness across key partner accounts.
  • Support the sales team to ensure we maximise resources to achieve our overall targets.
  • Organise and facilitate B2B travel agent and B2C consumer events.
  • Organise and facilitate travel agent FAM trips.
  • Deliver on commercial terms (overrides) which have been agreed.
  • Support the wider sales team to ensure we maximise resources to achieve our overall targets.
  • Help to optimise inside sales processes, ensuring efficiency is maximised across the division.
  • Organise, streamline, and support in issuing weekly and monthly reports to the internal sales team.

Requirements:

  • Previous role with demonstrated sales support and administrative experience.
  • Proven knowledge and experience within the travel industry with B2B experience preferred.
  • Familiarity, understanding, and the ability to support account management and skills required to work with remote teams.
  • An understanding of the company experiences and culture.
  • Confident problem solver who can support and communicate with key accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel), Salesforce, LCD/data projection, Internet, and webinar applications.
