We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of School to lead our dedicated team at Aspire People. The successful candidate will hold QTS and have a solid background in managing educational settings, particularly those specializing in SEMH.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care for our pupils.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to engage students who have had negative previous experiences with education.
  3. Oversee the delivery of a curriculum that addresses both academic and pastoral needs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate student progress and the effectiveness of the school's approach.
  5. A commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive school environment.
