Role Overview:
As a Cost Estimation Specialist, you will be integral to our pre-construction division, tasked with generating precise and competitive cost estimates for facade and cladding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Preparation: Develop comprehensive and accurate cost assessments for facade and cladding projects, encompassing materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Cost Analysis: Scrutinize project specifications, drawings, and related documentation to grasp the project scope and pinpoint cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Supplier and Subcontractor Engagement: Solicit and assess bids from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring optimal value and quality.
  • Risk Evaluation: Recognize and evaluate potential risks and opportunities linked to projects, integrating these insights into your estimates.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with project management and design teams to ensure that estimates are in harmony with project objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation within the facade and cladding industry.
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of facade and cladding systems, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
