About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing operations to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the care staff and assume full management responsibility in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
  • Conduct pre-admission assessments of residents and ensure that care plans and daily records are up to date.
  • Foster effective communication with residents' families and other organizations.

Requirements:

  • Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
  • Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing team.
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
