Clinical Operations Lead

Are you an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager seeking a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a reputable nursing home in Holt.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management of daily operations to ensure high-quality care standards are consistently met.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care staff, acting as a point of contact in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Conduct thorough pre-admission assessments and maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans for residents.
  • Foster open communication with residents' families and external organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Home Manager within a healthcare setting.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with active NMC registration and relevant clinical experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship building with residents, families, and colleagues.
