Job Summary:
Croydon Health Services NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Apprentice Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of learning and development programs for staff across the Trust.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including maintaining records and databases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to learning and development.
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent digital skills.
- Completion of a minimum of 2 GCSEs at passing grade.
- Evidence of ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting.
- Previous customer service experience.
Person Specification:
- Evidence of coping with rapid change and adapting to new situations.
- Excellent attitude towards learning and development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
